Mark Sass is the founder and president of the Summation Research Group, established in 1995. Summation designed and has led Foundation for Jewish Camp's Camper Satisfaction Insights (CSI) Study since 2006 and also partners with FJC on Staff Satisfaction Insights (SSI) and One Happy Camper (OHC) applicant research studies. Prior to Summation, Mark’s career in the corporate world included marketing and research positions with Ogilvy & Mather in New York, Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco, and LensCrafters/U.S. Shoe Corporation in Cincinnati. Mark has a B.S. in marketing from the University at Albany/State University of NY and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
