Jen Braveman Silber is Executive Director for Habonim Dror Camp Moshava aka Mosh. Jen is a Mosh lifer, starting as a camper at the age of 11 and continuing as a staff member, Board member and camp professional. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University and an MSW from Smith College School for Social Work, Jen worked as a clinical social worker with children and families for many years. As Executive Director of Mosh, Jen is dedicated to empowering youth leaders and campers to create an inclusive and meaningful Jewish camp community that is dedicated to social justice. Integrating restorative justice practices at Mosh has given staff and camp leadership the tools to strengthen the community and resolve conflicts in ways that are consistent with the camp’s values. Jen is excited to continue working to deepen Mosh’s restorative practices!
