For more than a decade, Foundation for Jewish Camp and the Summation Research Group have partnered on Camper Satisfaction Insights (CSI), a yearly, in-depth study of camper satisfaction throughout North American Jewish Camps. On behalf of FJC, Summation will present a 'deep dive' into results over the past few years in a discussion regarding key trends related to characteristics like camp size, geography, gender, first time vs. returning campers, etc. With the help of several camp professionals, we will also examine how CSI has been used to make adjustments/changes in camp operations and programming, including the ways the study has influenced decisions related to Jewish life at camp and communications strategies.
