This session will aim to push the audience to think about ways for seasonal staff to become part of the year around camp planning and programming process. Together we will examine possible models that will work to create a sense of ownership among the full-time director team and the staff community. We will think about the needs and different areas where staff can be supportive and thought partners as well as create meaningful relationships before the summer starts.
