Therapist, educator, and consultant Natalie Rothstein and writer, performer, and educator Caroline Rothstein team up in this interactive presentation and discussion around cultivating a healthy, sustainable, and supportive camp culture with regards to eating, food, and body image. Utilizing Natalie's professional expertise and Caroline's personal experiences around "Intuitive Eating" and body positivity, the goal of this session is to help camp and Jewish communal professionals feel better equipped in ensuring our campers, staff, parents, and overall camp community's engagement around these topics are rooted in both mindful culture and Jewish values.
